Tech Tip: If Your History Download File Gets Font Errors

Hey all,

Nice to meet you again today in Subiz Tech Tip guide :)

As you know, in your Dashboard, you can download chat history in cvs file. But in some occasion, if your language contains special characters, it may occur font errors in your file. Today, I’m going to tell you how to overcome this problem. Hope that it helps you some!

Step 1: At Data tab in your Excel, choose From text

Step 2: Choose History Download file to import

 Step 3: Choose Delimited and Unicode (UTF-8)

 Steo 4: Choose Comma

 Step 5: Choose position to add Data and Done

Font errors are now solved. It appears in the way it shoud be now :) Enjoy!
