I’d like to bring a good news before a working day is about to end.
Here are some cool and useful features, but really easy to do: Text commands
1. !transfer command
If you have more than 1 agent, in some circumstance you want to transfer a certain chat to another agent, just use this text command “!transfer”. All the agents who are online will receive your message, then one of them can take over. You can even add your message sent to other agents. Something like here
!transfer Hey Inci, could you help this guys?
2. !name & !email command
When the agent want to remember any visitor with name and email for next time chatting, use !name or !email command
!name: agent sets name for chatter
!email: agent sets email for chatter
So easy, isn’t it? Simple to remember, too!
