What is Agent ?Agents are those who log in to use Subiz, who may be Admin or Normal. Each agent will have a separate account to access the Subiz platform. Subiz will charge according to the number of agents you need to use

How to charge Subiz?
Subiz is a subscription service, which will be charged based on three factors:
- Package Type: Standard / Advanced
- Agent number: The number of person log in Subiz
- Payment cycle: 01, 03, 06, 12, 24 months

Payment by bank transfer or credit card?
- Subiz accepts payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via online payment gateway Stripe.

Can I change my plan at anytime?Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, add/ reduce the number of agents, change billing cycle or cancel your account anytime.

- After signing up, Subiz allows you to try the full 30 days trial as a paid Standard package.
- Especially, you can create up to 100 agents for testing.
